目的:比较单纯脂肪颗粒移植、脂肪颗粒联合纳米脂肪移植改善眶周老化的治疗效果。方法:2014年12月至2016年12月,厦门大学附属中山医院整形外科采用单纯脂肪颗粒移植及脂肪颗粒联合纳米脂肪移植两种方法治疗眶周老化女性患者52例。其中,单纯脂肪颗粒移植组26例,年龄22~40(32.16±5.19)岁;脂肪颗粒联合纳米脂肪移植组26例,年龄25~39(30.73±4.33)岁。通过检测移植前后皮肤质地(皮肤皱纹、皮肤弹性、黑眼圈)、眶周容量缺失等指标,评估患者眶周老化的治疗效果。结果:患者眶周老化的治疗效果随移植方式不同而异。联合移植组在眶周容量缺失和皮肤质地有明显改善。联合移植组眶周老化的改善效果为84.61%(χn 2= 4.424,n P=0.035),明显高于脂肪颗粒移植组53.84%。n 结论:脂肪颗粒联合纳米脂肪移植在眶周年轻化治疗的疗效好于单纯脂肪颗粒移植。“,”Objective:To compare the effect of autologous fat transplantation and nanofat transplantation in combinations on periorbital aging.Methods:Two groups of facial aging patients were selected for clinical applications (autologous fat transplantation group, combined autologous and nano fats transplantation group). Skin texture included skin wrinkles, skin elasticity, dark circles. Skin texture and the lack of facial capacity were studied to evaluate the effect of orbital rejuvenation before the operation and up to six months post-operation.Results:The effects of orbital rejuvenation were evaluated in 52 patients of two groups under treatment. Results showed that there was a significant difference between autologous fat transplantation and combined autologous and nano fats transplantation methods (n P<0.05). The combined transplantation group obviously improved the orbital volume loss and the skin texture. The effective rate of combined transplantation group was 84.61% (χn 2=4.424, n P=0.035) which was significantly higher than that of autologous fat transplantation (53.84%) .n Conclusions:Combined autologous and nano fats structural transplantations is more effective than autologous fat transplantations for the treatment of orbital rejuvenation.
