研究点柄粘盖牛肝菌子实体多糖的抗氧化活性。结果显示,随着多糖浓度的上升,还原能力不断增强,对.O2-和.OH的清除效果也在加强,但多糖浓度更大时,清除率增强效果不明显,点柄粘盖牛肝菌子实体粗多糖对.OH的清除能力较强,多糖浓度为0.2 mg.mL-1时对.OH清除率最大,为98.95%;但对.O2-的清除作用不明显,多糖浓度为10mg.mL-1时清除率为21.68%。提取的点柄粘盖牛肝菌子实体粗多糖具有抗氧化活性,且活性呈现剂量效应。
To study the anti-oxidative activity of polysaccharides from the fruiting bodies of the capoeira capillaris. The results showed that with the increase of polysaccharide concentration, the reducing ability was continuously enhanced, and the scavenging effects on O2- and .OH were also strengthened. However, when the polysaccharide concentration was higher, the effect of enhancing the clearance rate was not obvious. The crude polysaccharides had a strong ability to scavenge .OH, the highest scavenging rate of .OH was 98.95% when the concentration of polysaccharide was 0.2 mg.mL-1, but the scavenging effect on O2- was not obvious, the concentration of polysaccharide was 10 mg.mL -1 clearance rate of 21.68%. The extracted polysaccharides of Capsicum capitatum had anti-oxidative activity, and the activity showed dose-effect.
