在当今科学技术瞬息万变的年代里,广播成为传统媒体中发展最缓慢、形式最单调、受众流失最多的媒体。网络环境给广播、电视等传统媒体带来了更为严峻的挑战的同时,也给传统媒体带来了一丝生机。以广播来讲,通过网络与受众形成完善的互动机制不仅可以吸引受众重新回到传统媒体的平台上,也让电台广告、电台新闻播报等广播重要的组成成分产生新形式的变化。河北广播电台在经历了一段时间的低迷后重新规划出发,寻找到了正确的经营与管理策略,最终获得良好收益,成为京津冀地区影响最广、收听人数最高、与观众互动最频繁的广播电台。
