石蒜碱(lycorine)从黄花石蒜的干燥鳞茎中提得,熔点为278—280℃,用其盐酸盐(熔点为205—207℃)实验。结果,本品对家兔原位子宫及子宫瘘子宫、家兔和豚鼠的离体子宫均有兴奋作用。对大白鼠离体子宫小剂量呈兴奋作用,大剂量呈抑制作用。盐酸石蒜碱对小白鼠的LD_(50)为42毫克/公斤。
