目的:探讨不同血液透析机消毒方法的临床效果,为血液透析机消毒方案的选择提供理论依据。方法:选择2017年1月-2017年3月期间我院血液净化中心的27台血液透析机和12名工作人员为研究对象,实施不同的血液透析机消毒方案,并依据消毒方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,两组血液透析机所处环境保持一致,对照组应用传统消毒方案,共10台金宝AK200S和3台费森尤斯是4008s,观察组应用柠檬酸联合次氯酸消毒,共10台金宝AK200S和4台费森尤斯是4008s,对两组血液透析机的消毒情况进行密切观察,对比分析两组平均细菌数、内毒素浓度、工作人员平均消毒时间、工作人员满意度情况。结果:观察组平均细菌数、内毒素浓度、工作人员平均消毒时间、工作人员满意度评分相比于对照组,观察组平均细菌数、内毒素浓度、工作人员平均消毒时间明显更低,工作人员满意度评分明显更高,组间比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对血液透析机消毒方案的探讨,柠檬酸联合次氯酸相比于传统的消毒方案,明显缩短了消毒时间,降低了内毒素浓度和细菌数,提高了工作人员的满意度,值得推广应用。
