针对在高寒地区进行喷射混凝土施工,喷射混凝土从搅拌、运输到施工整个过程在低气压、低温环境中易遭受冻害,回弹率增大,工作量加大,且混凝土质量难以保证。研究液体速凝剂掺量、环境温度对水泥净浆凝结时间的影响规律,找出速凝剂的最佳掺量,设计喷射混凝土配合比;并介绍施工现场控制温度、保证质量的措施,所选配合混凝土比的应用效果良好。
For the shotcrete construction in the alpine region, the sprayed concrete is apt to suffer from frost damage, the rebound rate increases, the workload increases, and the quality of the concrete is difficult to be guaranteed throughout the whole process from agitation and transportation to the construction. The influence of the content of liquid quick-setting admixture and ambient temperature on the setting time of cement paste was studied, the best dosage of quick-setting admixture was found, the mix proportion of shotcrete was designed, and the control measures of temperature and quality were introduced. Selected with the application of concrete effect is good.
