印刷企业的整体管理水平如何,首先反映在该企业的现场管理上,从这个意义上来讲,现场管理可谓企业形象的一个窗口。当然,现场管理对企业的重要性,更重要的是体现在它对企业产品质量的影响上,尤其是对书刊印装现场来说,更是这样。粉尘、油污对书刊质量的影响自不待言,仅一张白页混入书帖,也足以使一本精美的图书报废。这样的图书如果流出厂,所带来的影响,大概就不是一本书的损失了。因此,许多书刊厂都要花很大的精力整治现场,以确保清洁生产、有序生产。笔者结合所在企业在这方面的探索,谈谈自己的认识。
