随着改革开放的深人发展，各地区以招商引资为目标的工业开发区如雨后春笋般的涌现，授资人一般为地方政府。一般工业区均真有开发周期长、资金投入量大、资产流动性差的特点。这些企业资产质量的优劣，喜接影响政府的财力，甚至波及国家的金融安全。为此，必须引起重视。邱玉莲的《提升工业开发区资产质量》对工业开发区的资产质量的现状、成因作了较深入的分析研究，并提出了相应的对策。
