目的 从日本血吸虫 (Schistosoma japonicum,Sj)对宿主血红蛋白 (hem oglobin,Hb)的消化作用来探讨 Sj在东方田鼠 (Microtus fortis,Mf)体内不能正常发育的原因。方法 用 Sj肠道蛋白酶对小鼠和 Mf Hb在体外进行消化 ,用 SDS-PAGE显示不同时点 Hb的降解程度。结果 Sj肠道蛋白酶能有效降解 Mf Hb,且与其对小鼠 Hb的降解无明显差别。结论 Sj在 Mf体内不能正常发育的原因似与 Sj对 Mf Hb的消化无关
Objective To investigate the reason why Sj does not develop normally in the Microtus fortis (Mf) from the digestion of hemoglobin (hemoglobin) by Schistosoma japonicum (Sj). Methods Mouse and Mf Hb were digested in vitro with Sj gut protease and the extent of Hb degradation at different time points was analyzed by SDS-PAGE. Results Sj intestinal protease can effectively degrade Mf Hb, and its degradation of mouse Hb no significant difference. Conclusions The reason why Sj does not develop normally in Mf seems to be unrelated to Sj’s digestion of Mf Hb
