采用 RU486配伍米索前列醇中止早孕 188例 ,其中 2 7例为瘢痕子宫。结果显示 188例用药后完全流产率为91.48% ;2 7例瘢痕子宫组为 10 0 % ;16 1例非瘢痕子宫组为 90 .0 6 % ,两组完全流产率的差异无显著性意义 ,P>0 .0 5 ,且两者绒球排出时间及出血时间亦无明显差异 ,瘢痕子宫组无一例严重并发症。提示 :RU486配伍米索前列醇口服中止瘢痕子宫早孕者安全、有效 ,并非其禁忌证 ,推荐为首选方法之一。 RU486 with misoprostol discontinued 188 cases of early pregnancy, of which 27 cases of scarring uterus. The results showed that 188 cases of complete abortion rate was 91.48%; 27 cases of uterine scarring was 100%; 161 cases of non-scarring uterus group 90.06%, the difference between the two groups was no significant difference in total abortion rate, P> 0.05, and there was no significant difference in the time of pomfret discharge and bleeding time between the two groups. There was no serious complication in the uterine scar group. Tip: RU486 with misoprostol oral suspension of uterine scar pregnancy is safe and effective, not the contraindication, recommended as one of the preferred method.
