法布里-珀罗(F-P)标准具是直接探测多普勒测风激光雷达常用的鉴频器件,标准具的性能及其入射光路的设计对整个探测系统的测量误差起着决定性的作用。基于三通道标准具的检测原理,对标准具的主要设计参数如自由谱间距、带宽和边缘通道之间峰值间距等进行了分析,给出了设计方法;入射光的状态对标准具透射率曲线的影响较为明显,根据标准具透射率相关方程,分别讨论了入射光的入射角、发散角和入射光斑未全部通过标准具设计通道对透射率曲线的影响,并且给出了相应的测量误差分析。
Fabry-Perot (F-P) etalon is a commonly used discriminating device for direct detection of Doppler wind lidar. The performance of the etalon and the design of the incident light path play a decisive role in the measurement error of the whole detecting system. Based on the principle of three-channel etalon, the main design parameters of the etalon are analyzed, such as the free spectrum spacing, the bandwidth and the peak spacing between the edge channels. The design method is given. The incident angle, the divergence angle and the incident spot of the incident light are respectively analyzed. The corresponding measurement error analysis is given .
