随着军队无军籍退休退职职工移交安置工作的开展,各地民政部门对大量的人事档案进行了审核和接受。本文结合该项工作的管理实践,对如何促进其社会化管理开展必要探讨,提出了做好无军籍职工人事档案管理工作的具体办法和思路。
With the military military retired and retired workers retired and relocated to carry out the relocation of work carried out around the civil affairs department of a large number of personnel files were reviewed and accepted.
