福建省是我国溪河洪水灾害的易发区和多发区之一,如何及时准确地进行山洪灾害预警预报已成为全省防洪减灾工作亟待解决的关键问题。基于中国山洪水文模型构建了福建省山洪灾害预警预报系统,介绍了系统的构建思路、框架及主要功能,并在山洪灾害发生频次高、危害重的柘荣县、顺昌县和永春县开展试点建设,对其应用成效进行了分析,以期为福建省小流域防洪决策和防灾减灾体系建设提供关键技术支撑。
Fujian Province is one of the flood-prone flood-prone areas in our country and one of the frequent occurrence areas. How to timely and accurately predict the foreshortening of flash floods has become a key issue to be solved urgently. Based on the Chinese flood hydrological model, the forewarning and forecasting system of mountain torrent disaster in Fujian Province was constructed. The construction idea, framework and main functions of the system were introduced. Pilot projects were also carried out in Zirong, Shunchang and Yongchun counties with high frequency of flash floods and heavy damage , And analyzed its application results, with a view to providing key technical support for flood control decision-making and disaster prevention and reduction system construction in small watersheds in Fujian Province.
