大规格角钢肢宽与肢厚均较大,截面面积比常规输电铁塔角钢大得多,可大幅提高单构件承截力。以±1 100 k V淮东送出特高压直流工程中JC1转角塔为分析对象,优化了塔身坡度及根开尺寸,对主材采用组合角钢、大规格角钢和钢管进行经济性分析。结果表明:主材采用300 mm大规格角钢的JC1塔比钢管塔重约2%,比组合角钢塔轻6%~9%,每基铁塔价格比钢管塔低约15%,比组合角钢塔低6%~10%,具有较高的经济和社会效益。
Large size angle limbs limb width and limb thickness are larger, cross-sectional area much larger than the conventional transmission tower angle can significantly improve the single component of the bearing capacity. The JC1 corner tower in UHVDC project was sent to ± 1 100 k V Huidong for analysis. The tower slope and root opening size were optimized. The economic analysis was carried out on the main beam using composite angle steel, large gauge angle steel and steel pipe. The results show that the JC1 tower with 300 mm large-size angle steel weighs about 2% more than the steel tower and 6% -9% lighter than the composite angle steel tower. The price of each tower is about 15% lower than that of the steel tower and lower than that of the composite angle steel tower 6% ~ 10%, with high economic and social benefits.
