近几年中国影视行业近年迅猛发展,国内不少著名导演的影片纷纷重金谋求好莱坞等国外团队的技术支持,但是最后由于各种原因还是转包给国内制作公司。无论是关于历史的《辛亥革命》,还是东方魔幻大片《画皮2》,又或是特效镜头超过1500个的《白蛇传说》,都足以展示影视特效技术在这个视觉时代的潜力。按照现在院线的发展速度2010年6000块,2012年增加到12000块,如此庞大的电影市场需要更加优秀的电影作品,特别是中国本土电影,这就需要大量的人才。特别是近几年特效渐渐开始被制片方重视,行业需要大量的特效人才,如何培养人才,特别是大专高职人才在行业里担当什么样的角色成为我们需要探讨的问题。
