目的研究在慢性幽门螺杆菌感染引发的胃炎治疗中,运用中西医结合的方法对治疗效果的影响。方法将2015年2月~2016年9月来我院进行治疗,被确诊患有该病的100位病人选定为研究对象,在得到其同意后,将其随即分为两组。对照组50位病人采用传统的西药治疗,使用以下的药物:奥美拉唑;阿莫西林;克拉霉素。观察组的50位病人在这一基础上,进行中医的加强治疗,主要采取半夏泻心汤这一中药进行治疗。结果对照组的治疗总有效率是56%,一共有28人得到了有效的治疗,其中有13人痊愈;病人的不良反应发生概率是36%;病人的再次发病概率是14%;病人的满意率为88%。观察组的病人治疗总有效率是80%,一共有40人得到了有效治疗,其中有18人痊愈;病人的不良反应发生概率是24%;病人的再次发病概率是4%;病人的满意率为98%。两组病人的治疗效果、再次发病概率数据差别比较明显。结论在这一疾病的治疗中,运用中西医结合的方法,能够提升治疗的效果;减少再次发病的概率;病人对这种治疗方式更加满意;可以对该项治疗进行推广。
Objective To study the effect of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of gastritis caused by chronic Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods From February 2015 to September 2016, our hospital was treated in our hospital. 100 patients diagnosed as having this disease were selected as the study subjects. After getting their consent, they were divided into two groups. Fifty patients in the control group were treated with traditional western medicine using the following drugs: omeprazole; amoxicillin; clarithromycin. On the basis of 50 patients in the observation group, intensive treatment of Chinese medicine was carried out, and the traditional Chinese medicine of Banxia Xiexin Decoction was mainly used for the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 56%. A total of 28 persons were effectively treated, of whom 13 were cured; the probability of adverse reactions of the patients was 36%; the probability of re-onset of the patients was 14%; the satisfaction of the patients The rate is 88%. The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 80%, a total of 40 people were effectively treated, of which 18 were cured; the incidence of adverse reactions in patients was 24%; the probability of re-onset was 4%; the patient’s satisfaction rate 98%. The treatment effect of two groups of patients, the probability of recurrence data more obvious differences. Conclusion In the treatment of this disease, the combination of TCM and WM can improve the efficacy of treatment, reduce the probability of re-onset, patients are more satisfied with the treatment, and the treatment can be promoted.
