目的了解印刷车间空气中挥发性有机物的分布情况,为印刷企业的印刷车间制定有效的控制对策提供科学依据。方法对10家印刷企业共12个印刷车间进行现场卫生学调查,采集印刷车间空气样品进行检测分析。结果对21种常见挥发性有机物进行采样检测,检出17种物质。其中苯、甲苯和异丙醇的浓度超过时间加权平均容许浓度(PC-TWA)。凹版印刷车间空气中检出的有机物超标率为100%。结论印刷车间有机物职业病危害因素复杂多样,凹版印刷应该引起关注,并建议从源头、工程设施、职业卫生管理、个人防护、健康监护等方面对印刷企业挥发性有机物的危害进行预防和控制。
Objective To understand the distribution of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the air of printing workshop and provide a scientific basis for formulating effective control measures in the printing workshop of printing enterprises. Methods A total of 12 printing workshops in 10 printing enterprises were surveyed on site, and air samples from printing workshops were collected for testing and analysis. Results 21 kinds of common volatile organic compounds were sampled and detected, and 17 kinds of substances were detected. The concentrations of benzene, toluene and isopropanol exceed the time weighted average allowable concentration (PC-TWA). Gravure printing plant detected in the air exceeded the standard 100%. Conclusion The occupational hazards of printing plant are complex and diverse. The gravure printing should pay attention to it. It is suggested that the prevention and control of the harmfulness of volatile organic compounds in printing enterprises from the aspects of source, engineering facilities, occupational health management, personal protection and health guardianship.
