本研究是在惰性气氛保护下熔化硅铝明,而后加钙,考察铝硅钙三元系的热力学和动力学平衡,并进行偏析分离,以研究脱硅情况与脱硅后铝的回收率。研究结果得到了铝硅钙三元系平衡的三个等温线,发现体系中偏析出六角柱体固相结晶,经 x 光衍射及化学分析证明为Ca_3SiAl_6。三元金属间化合物,它是导致脱硅后铝回收率不高的主要原因,从而论定钙法脱硅精炼铝没有经济价值。
In this study, SiAlMo was melted under inert atmosphere, and then calcium was added to investigate the thermodynamic and kinetic balance of the Al-Si-Ca ternary system. Segregation was also carried out to study the desilication conditions and the aluminum recovery after desilication. The results obtained three equilibria of aluminosilicate and three isotherms. It was found that hexagonal columnar solid crystals were segregated in the system, which was proved to be Ca_3SiAl_6 by x-ray diffraction and chemical analysis. Ternary intermetallic compounds, which is the main reason for the low aluminum recovery after desiliconization, so it is of no economic value to discuss the desalination of aluminum by calcium method.
