采用涡流探伤仪对LY12铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头未焊透缺陷进行检测,建立缺陷深度与阻抗信号之间的对应关系,分析不同深度的未焊透缺陷的涡流阻抗特征。结果表明:当未焊透缺陷深度小于1.02mm时,阻抗信号不产生突变,无法辨认缺陷的存在;当未焊透缺陷深度大于1.02mm时,阻抗信号产生突变,并随着未焊透缺陷深度的增加,电阻分量、电抗分量也随之增大,且未焊透缺陷的深度与电阻分量、电抗分量大小存在线性对应关系。
The eddy current flaw detector was used to inspect the imperfections of LY12 aluminum alloy friction stir welded joints, and the corresponding relationship between the depth of the defects and the impedance signals was established. The characteristics of the eddy current resistance of the welded joints with different depths were analyzed. The results show that when the depth of the impermeable defect is less than 1.02mm, the impedance signal does not change suddenly and the existence of the defect can not be identified. When the depth of the impermeable defect is larger than 1.02mm, the impedance signal changes abruptly and changes with the depth of the impermeable defect The resistance component and the reactance component also increase, and there is a linear relationship between the depth of the impermeable defect and the magnitude of the resistance component and the reactance component.
