《人民教育》(2012年11期)《离真正的教育近些、更近些》一文中有这样一个观点:“真正的教学并不是观摩课上那些完美的环节。”本人作为一线教师,感到这一见解非常切合实际。为了推广某一种教学模式,上级有关部门针对这种模式组织赛课或观摩,总提出这样的要求:缺少某环节,为不及格(或不成功)。参与者们,便不敢越雷池一步地按照规定的环节组织教学。到头来只能是一场热热闹闹、轰轰烈烈
