介绍了一种慢扫描控制可控电解珩齿新工艺;与以往的可控电解珩齿方法相比,它可保证在整个珩齿过程中都在最大电流下工作,从而获得高的生产率。整个加工过程可在微机管理控制下自动完成,研究了阴极极掌扫描位置、逗留时间和阴极运动规律,介绍了该工艺系统及全齿面扫描阴极,探索了慢扫描控制的去除规律,建立了加工参数计算公式,最后,给出了初步加工的实验结果。
A new technology of slow scan controlled controlled gear honing is introduced. Compared with the conventional controllable gear honing method, it can guarantee the highest current in the entire gear honing process and achieve high productivity. The whole machining process can be completed automatically under the control of the microcomputer. The scanning position, the residence time and the cathode movement law of the cathode palm are studied. The process system and the whole tooth surface scanning cathode are introduced. The removal rule of the slow scanning control is explored. Processing parameters calculation formula, and finally, the experimental results of the initial processing are given.
