目的通过给予大鼠不同的慢性应激,探讨慢性应激对大鼠实验性牙周炎发病过程的影响。方法Wistar大鼠32只,随机分成空白牙周炎组(N组)、慢性应激牙周炎组(C组)2组,慢性应激6周后,每组的右侧下颌第一磨牙做实验性牙周炎模型,左侧做自身对照。观察测量2组的体重和平均牙周探诊深度,分离牙龈组织行HE染色观察组织学变化;免疫组化染色检测MMP-9,心脏取血,酶联免疫吸附法检测CTX-1并进行统计学分析。结果 C组与N组比较,组织学表现炎症明显,其体重、平均牙周探诊深度、MMP-9和CTX-1有显著统计学差异。结论慢性应激可以减缓大鼠体重的增长;可加重大鼠实验性牙周炎的病损。
Objective To investigate the effects of chronic stress on the pathogenesis of experimental periodontitis in rats by giving different chronic stress to rats. Methods Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank periodontitis group (N group) and chronic stress periodontitis group (C group). After 6 weeks of chronic stress, the right mandibular first molar of each group Experimental periodontitis model, the left to do their own control. Histological changes of the gingival tissues were observed by HE staining, and the expression of MMP-9, cardiac blood and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay CTX-1 were detected by immunohistochemical staining Analysis. Results Compared with group N, histological examination showed obvious inflammation, the body weight, the average periodontal exploration depth, MMP-9 and CTX-1 were significantly different between group C and group N Conclusion Chronic stress can reduce the weight gain of rats and aggravate the experimental periodontitis in rats.
