依法行政,建设社会主义法治国家,是我党也是我国政府始终遵循的价值目标。作为行政执法的主体,我国公务员是最直接服务于普通群众的,而依法行政的成败,又最终取决于我国公务员的素质、法律意识和执法水平,因此,建立以维护社会公正为核心的行政执法责任制,对公务员进行更高程度的监督,是为了更好地促进社会公平与公正,保证依法治国的顺利实施。
Administration by law and building a socialist country governed by the rule of law are the values that our party and our government always follow. As the main body of administrative law enforcement, civil servants in our country are the most direct service to the general public. However, the success or failure of administration according to law ultimately depends on the quality of civil servants, legal awareness and law enforcement level. Therefore, the establishment of administrative law enforcement with the core of maintaining social justice Responsibility system and supervision of civil servants to a higher degree are to promote social equity and fairness better and ensure the smooth implementation of governing the country according to law.
