日新月异的新型纤维材料发展推动了复合纤维技术改革,多壁碳纳米管与聚丙烯腈所制备的复合纤维具有高强度、特殊性能的特点。混凝土中掺入一定比例多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯腈复合纤维,通过PTS-E0系统测试力学性能及抗裂性能,按照混凝土抗裂模型分析发现,仅掺入质量比例1.2%所得试件较未掺加水泥混凝土试件的强度提高了16.05%,劈裂强度提高了60%,对混凝土表面裂缝的发生和发展有着良好的抑制作用。另外,随着多壁碳纳米管/聚丙烯腈复合纤维掺量的增加混凝土力学性能和防裂能力都有很大程度的提高。
