某互通立交匝道桥桥梁平面处于R=130m的小半径曲线内,上部结构采用现浇预应力混凝土连续箱梁,桥墩采用双(独)柱式墩,柱式台,全桥均采用橡胶支座。本文从桥梁的主要病害入手,采用空间结构分析软件,对活载和温度效应进行了结构分析,并结合结构分析结果,对桥墩墩身环向裂缝、支座与主梁的相对横向位移、梁端的纵向位移及部分支座脱空及剪切破坏进行了深入的分析,指出汽车离心力是桥梁病害产生的根本原因,提出了维修加固措施。最后为避免同类桥梁在运营过程中出现类似病害,对设计过程中应注意的问题进行了总结。
A cross-overpass ramp bridge plane is R = 130m in a small radius curve, the upper structure of cast-in-place prestressed concrete continuous box girder, pier using double (single) column pier, column table, the bridge are made of rubber bearings . In this paper, starting with the main diseases of bridge, spatial structure analysis software is used to analyze the structure of live load and temperature effect. Based on the results of structural analysis, the relative lateral displacement of bridge pier piers, Longitudinal displacement of the end and some of the abutment and the shear failure of the bearing were analyzed in depth. It was pointed out that the centrifugal force of the vehicle is the root cause of the bridge disease and the maintenance and reinforcement measures are put forward. Finally, in order to avoid similar diseases during the operation of similar bridges, the problems that should be paid attention to in the design process are summarized.
