目的探讨新疆维吾尔族女性乳腺癌C-erbB-2和Caspase3蛋白的表达情况及其意义。方法选取2012年6月—2014年12月新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院初次确诊为乳腺癌的女性患者(乳腺癌组)共62例,按民族分为维吾尔族组(37例)和汉族组(25例)。另选取同期30例维吾尔族和30例汉族女性乳腺良性病变的标本为对照组。采用免疫组化S-P法检测乳腺癌组和对照组C-erbB-2和Caspase3蛋白的表达,比较乳腺癌组和对照组、维吾尔族和汉族乳腺癌C-erbB-2和Caspase3蛋白的表达情况,分析维吾尔族女性乳腺癌C-erbB-2和Caspase3的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果乳腺癌组C-erbB-2的阳性表达率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组Caspase3的阳性率表达明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。维吾尔族组与汉族组乳腺癌C-erbB-2和Caspase3表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C-erbB-2的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分期、孕激素受体(PR)有关(P<0.05),与其他病理特征无关(P>0.05)。有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌Caspase3的阳性率低于无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新疆维吾尔族乳腺癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白呈高表达,Caspase3呈低表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 and Caspase3 protein in Uighur women with breast cancer and its significance. Methods Sixty-two female patients (breast cancer group) newly diagnosed with breast cancer from Cancer Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2012 to December 2014 were divided into Uygur nationality group (37 cases) and Han nationality group (25 cases) example). Another 30 cases of Uygur and 30 cases of benign breast lesions in Han women were selected as the control group. The expression of C-erbB-2 and Caspase3 protein in breast cancer group and control group were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expressions of C-erbB-2 and Caspase3 protein in breast cancer group and control group, Uygur and Han nationality breast cancer were compared. To analyze the relationship between the expression of C-erbB-2 and Caspase3 and clinicopathological features in Uygur women with breast cancer. Results The positive rate of C-erbB-2 in breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The positive rate of Caspase3 expression in breast cancer group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of C-erbB-2 and Caspase3 between Uygur and Han nationality (P> 0.05). The positive expression of C-erbB-2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis, tumor stage and progesterone receptor (PR) (P <0.05), but not with other pathological features (P> 0.05). The positive rate of Caspase3 in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis was lower than that in breast cancer without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusions C-erbB-2 protein is highly expressed in Uyghur breast cancer tissues in Xinjiang, but Caspase3 is low.
