目的:建立顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定氢溴酸右荚沙芬中残留溶剂。方法:采用DB-624(30m×0.32mm,1.8μm)毛细管石英柱;程序升温;载气为氮气(N_2);FID检測器。结果:甲苯、丙酮和甲醇均能得到有效分离,各组分均有良好的线性关系(r≥0.9999);平均回收率分别为101.1%(RSD=0.67%),100.4%(RSD=0.63%),96.7%(RSD=1.2%);最低检测限分别为0.21,0.59,2.10μg·g~(-1)。结论:该方法灵敏,准确,可用于氢溴酸右美沙芬中残留溶剂的检测。
Objective: To establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of residual solvents in dehvazepril hydrobromide. Methods: The DB-624 (30m × 0.32mm, 1.8μm) capillary quartz column was used. The temperature was programmed and the carrier gas was nitrogen (N_2). The FID detector was used. Results: Toluene, acetone and methanol could be effectively separated with good linearity (r≥0.9999). The average recoveries were 101.1% (RSD = 0.67%) and 100.4% (RSD = 0.63%) respectively. , 96.7% (RSD = 1.2%). The minimum detection limits were 0.21, 0.59 and 2.10 μg · g -1, respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and accurate and can be used for the determination of residual solvents in dextromethorphan hydrobromide.
