建立了高效液相色谱-波长切换法测定银桔利咽含片中的绿原酸、异嗪皮啶、迷迭香酸和苦玄参苷IA。采用Agilent TC-C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)∶0.2%磷酸(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,切换波长检测:327 nm(0~12 min)测定绿原酸、342 nm(12~25 min)测定异嗪皮啶和迷迭香酸、264 nm(25~50 min)测定苦玄参苷IA。这4个化合物分别在6.0~108.0、1.0~18.0、1.4~24.5和0.9~16.6mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.85%、99.31%、99.46%和99.30%,RSD分别为1.4%、1.6%、1.1%和1.4%。
A method for the determination of chlorogenic acid, isoxapideridin, rosmarinic acid and bitter figurine IA in Yin-Li-Li-Yan buccal tablets was established by HPLC-wavelength-switching method. The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile (A): 0.2% phosphoric acid (B) using gradient elution with Agilent TC-C 18 column. The wavelength of detection was switched to 327 nm (0-12 min) (12 ~ 25 min) isoxabine and rosmarinic acid determination, 264 nm (25 ~ 50 min) Determination of bitter scrophulariaceae IA. The four compounds showed good linearity in the range of 6.0 ~ 108.0,1.0 ~ 18.0,1.4 ~ 24.5 and 0.9 ~ 16.6mg / ml with the average recoveries of 99.85%, 99.31%, 99.46% and 99.30%, respectively 1.4%, 1.6%, 1.1% and 1.4%.
