目的:探究超声危急值报告的有效管理方式及其在临床医疗安全中的作用。方法:对近几年来在浙江省金华市中心医院建立了超声危急值报告的168名患者资料和未进行超声危急值报告建立的155名患者资料进行回顾性分析,观察不同报告方式及报告建立与否对患者的干预成功率和医患纠纷率等影响情况。结果:电子病历信息和电话通知平台共同使用是较为安全可靠的报告管理方式,且在建立了超声危急值报告后,患着的干预成功率显著提高,医患纠纷率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:有效的超声危急值报告的建立和管理,可显著降低医患纠纷,此项技术有利于医疗事业的发展。
Objective: To explore the effective management of ultrasound critical value reporting and its role in clinical medical safety. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 168 patients with ultrasound critical value report and 155 patients without ultrasonic critical value report was established in Jinhua Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province in recent years. The data of different reports and reports No success rate of patient intervention and doctor-patient dispute rate and other effects. Results: The common use of EHR information and telephone notification platform was a safe and reliable way of report management. After setting up the report of critical value of ultrasound, the successful rate of intervention was significantly increased and the rate of doctor-patient dispute was significantly lower (P <0.05) . Conclusion: The establishment and management of an effective ultrasound critical value report can significantly reduce the dispute between doctors and patients. This technique is beneficial to the development of medical undertakings.
