采用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈法等对美国波士顿大学运动防护专业本科课程设置现状进行了研究,旨在为我国运动防护本科专业和运动康复专业的课程设置提供借鉴和启示。研究表明,波士顿大学运动防护本科专业培养目标定位为教育、健身、医疗等行业培养运动防护专门人才。其课程设置分为必修课程和选修课程,其中必修课程有基础课程和专业课程,并且对必修课程的考核较为严格;选修课程注重人文学科课程和运动项目术科课程。该专业特别注重临床实践课程,这类课程数量多达7门,对这些课程的考核也主要侧重于专业能力和实践技能等方面。此外,该本科专业课程设置的主要特征是其课程目标务实明确;课程容量较大;课程结构较为合理;课程所在院系多元化;重视自然科学类基础课程、人文学科课程及实践技能等。认为波士顿大学运动防护专业本科课程设置对我国开设运动防护专业的启示有制定务实明确的专业培养目标;设置结构合理的课程体系;制定严格的课程考核标准;重视自然科学类基础课程、人文学科类课程和临床实践课程等。
The current situation of undergraduate courses of sports protection specialty at Boston University in the United States was studied by literature review, field investigation and interview, aiming to provide reference and enlightenment for the curriculums of undergraduate sports training and sports rehabilitation specialty in our country. The research shows that the undergraduate major of sports protection in Boston University aims to train specialists in sports protection for education, fitness, medical and other industries. The curriculum is divided into compulsory courses and elective courses, including compulsory courses have basic courses and specialized courses, and more stringent examination of compulsory courses; elective courses focus on humanities courses and sports technical courses. The profession pays special attention to clinical practice courses, which have as many as seven such courses, and the assessment of these courses also focuses mainly on professional competence and practical skills. It is believed that the bachelor degree program of sports protection major in Boston University has a pragmatic and clear goal of professional development for the enlightenment of opening sports protection specialty in our country.
