通过对川沙医疗中心 2 2 2名后勤职工的问卷调研 ,又通过对洗涤中心、配货中心、膳食科、总务科、设备科等科室的情况进行了解 ,在文章中着重阐述了医院后勤社会化变革对院科两级管理、对后勤职工、对医院管理机制产生的影响 ,以及面对医院后勤社会化变革所带来的思考 ,旨在上级有关政策的指导下 ,为医院全面推进后勤社会化改革奠定理论基础。
Through the questionnaire survey on 222 logistic workers at Chuansha Medical Center, and through the understanding of the situation of the washing center, distribution center, catering department, general affairs department, and equipment department, the article elaborated on the hospital logistics society.
