针对金属材料分层快速制造方法中存在的层间粘结强度低和废料取出困难的问题,提出了电阻焊双工位直接快速制造金属零件的技术。系统地研究了该技术的基本原理和实现方案,以厚度为0.1mm的302不锈钢薄板为造型材料,进行了金属零件的分层快速制造。所制造的快速注塑模具实例层与层之间形成了扩散焊接效果,达到了完全冶金结合,结合强度超过600MPa;用该模具注塑的塑件表面尺寸精度和光洁度均达到了要求。实验表明,阻焊式双工位叠层制造方法是实现高强度金属零件快速制造的有效途径。
Aiming at the problems of low interlayer bonding strength and difficulty of removing scrap in the layered rapid manufacturing method of metal materials, a technology of direct and rapid manufacturing of metal parts by resistance welding duplex station is proposed. The basic principle and the realization scheme of the technology are systematically studied. The 302 stainless steel sheet with the thickness of 0.1mm is used as the modeling material, and the layered manufacturing of the metal parts is rapidly carried out. The manufactured rapid injection mold example formed a diffusion welding effect between the layers and achieved a complete metallurgical bond strength of over 600 MPa. The dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the injection molded plastic parts met the requirements. Experiments show that the solder resist double-station stack manufacturing method is an effective way to achieve rapid manufacturing of high-strength metal parts.
