目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸苯环壬酯渗透泵片含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(270:400:1.3:2);检测波长:220 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);柱温:30℃。结果:盐酸苯环壬酯在2~6μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为1.44%(n=9)。结论:该方法专属性强,结果准确可靠,可用于盐酸苯环壬酯渗透泵片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of phencynonate hydrochloride osmotic pump tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Diamonsil C_ (18) (2) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid- triethylamine (270: 400: 1.3: 2) ; Flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1; column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: Phencynonate hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 2 ~ 6μg · ml ~ (-1), r = 0.999 9; the average recovery was 100.5% and the RSD was 1.44% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is specific, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of phenylcyclononate osmotic pump tablets.
