在避免轴-轴承系统共振和要求系统抑制强迫振动能力强的条件下.选择轴承系统的有关参数(刚度、阻尼系数、质量)使动柔度最小。考虑了两轴承系统及轴之间的相互影响。为简化优化过程,采用两级优化;应用求回避刚度、回避质量(即设置回避变量禁区)的逆求法,把上述非线性规划问题中隐式性能约束化为箱式约束(上下限约束)。给出了一个高速离心机的算例。
Under the condition of avoiding the shaft-bearing system resonance and requiring the system to restrain forced vibration. Select the relevant parameters of the bearing system (stiffness, damping coefficient, quality) to minimize dynamic flexibility. Consider the interaction between two bearing systems and shafts. In order to simplify the optimization process, the two-level optimization is adopted. The inverse method of seeking avoidance stiffness and avoidance quality (that is, setting the restricted area of avoidance variables) is used to constrain the implicit performance of the above nonlinear programming problem into the box constraint (upper and lower bound constraints). An example of a high-speed centrifuge is given.
