本文介绍了为东风EQ140载重汽车应用M85甲醇燃料所研究的技术改造方案。阐述了压缩比的选择,加强进气预热的措施,化油器的调整,以及点火系统的改装。采取的技术措施只涉及气缸盖、进气歧管、化油器和分电器的局部改装。燃用M85的发动机在3000r/min时可发功率103kW,1200~1400r/min时最大扭矩可达353N·m,甲醇—汽油替代比满足课题任务规定1.75kgM85折合1kg汽油的要求。甲醇车的整车性能接近或稍优于原汽油车。
This article describes the technical modifications that have been studied for the application of M85 methanol fuel to the Dongfeng EQ140 truck. The selection of compression ratio, measures to enhance preheating of intake air, adjustment of carburetor and modification of ignition system are expounded. The technical measures taken only relate to the partial modifications of the cylinder head, intake manifold, carburetor and distributor. The engine with combustion M85 can generate power of 103kW at 3000r / min and the maximum torque of up to 353N · m at 1200 ~ 1400r / min. The methanol-gasoline replacement ratio meets the requirement of 1.75kgM85 equivalent to 1kg gasoline. The performance of methanol car vehicle close to or slightly better than the original gasoline car.
