党的十三届七中全会把建设有中国特色社会主义的基本原理和基本实践概括为十二条原则,这是我国实行改革开放十二年来的基本经验总结.它反映了我们党对社会主义建设具体道路和客观规律认识的深化,是继党的十三大提出关于社会主义初级阶段理论之后,以邓小平为代表的中国共产党人在社会主义理论上的又一建树,是把马克思主义基本原理与中国建设社会主义的具体实践相结合的新成果.在学习和研究《关于社会主义若干问题学习纲要》时,我们应当特别重视对这十二条原则的学习与研究.为此,本刊发表陈伯庚、徐海阔两位教授的文章,希望能给读者多一点的启迪.
