豫南地区传统民居受到地域、气候、文化等因素影响,孕育了灿烂民居建筑文化,创造出豫南丰富多彩的古村镇及古民居。豫南民居具有南北交融特征,仅信阳地区内就出现了板木式和类徽派两种不同的民居形式。这两种民居形式融合南北、重视风水、布局灵活、防御性强、风格温婉,可谓河南民居中独特的存在。针对古民居的特点,本文提出了合理的旅游定位、与原住民共生、打造特色产业、建筑深度修复的豫南古民居保护对策,来应对老建筑的消失。 The traditional residential houses in south of Henan were influenced by such factors as geography, climate and culture, which gave birth to the brilliant architectural culture of dwelling houses and created rich and colorful old villages and ancient dwellings in southern Henan. South Henan residential features with the integration of North and South, only Xinyang region appeared in the plate wood and class Huizhou two different forms of residence. These two forms of residential integration of North and South, Feng Shui, flexible layout, strong defensive, gentle style, can be described as a unique presence in Henan dwellings. In view of the characteristics of ancient dwellings, this paper proposes a reasonable tourism orientation, symbiosis with Indigenous Peoples, to create a characteristic industry, the depth of restoration of ancient buildings in southern Henan residential protection measures to deal with the disappearance of the old buildings.
