用电阻法测定不同抗性的小麦叶组织对麦根腐长蠕孢(Helminthosporium sativum)毒素制备物的电阻变化,可以获得与在自然条件下用病原菌孢子接种鉴定一致的结果.它与通常表示膜伤害程度的电解质外渗密切相关,并能与小麦叶片可见的病害症状和小麦品种间的阶段抗病性相对应. 实验结果表明:小麦抽穗期到乳熟期的电阻值大小与小麦品种对毒素抗性呈正相关. 反映叶组织抗性的电阻大小,除与毒素致病特性有关外,还与小麦本身的生长发育状况、叶龄、部位、组织含水量等有关. 小麦对病菌及其毒素制备物的抗性与电阻动态变化关系的一致性,可以应用于品种的抗病性鉴定.表达品种抗性的电阻值大小,可以用电阻值的比值来表示.
