结果:从小花五味子的茎藤部分分离得到了4个木脂素,分别鉴定为micrantherinA(1),gomisinK3(2),gomisinG(3)和vladinolF(4)。
OBJECTIVE: To identify chemical constituents with anti-HIV activity from the schisandra schisandra. METHODS: Separation and purification of the compounds were performed using a variety of column chromatography separations. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. The anti-HIV 1 activity of the compounds was obtained by inhibition of cytopathogenicity of HIV-1 infected C8166 cells. RESULTS: Four lignans were isolated from the vines of schisandra sphenanthera and identified as micrantherin A (1), gomisin K3 (2), gomisin G (3) and vladinol F (4). Compound 4 had significant anti-HIV 1 activity with IC50=3.51 μg/mL and a selection index of 27.45. Conclusion: Compound 1 is a novel lignan and the anti-HIV 1 activity of Compound 4 warrants further investigation.
