中国乳业经过了从1998年到2008年的高速发展黄金十年之后,大格局基本形成,液态奶中伊利、蒙牛、光明成为行业领导者,各省区域有一到两家城市型乳企,奶粉行业中,外资品牌占据高端,内资品牌以中低端为主。随着市场经济形式的变化,同质化竞争加剧,成本不断增加,企业的生存压力越来越大,如何跳出同质化竞争的红海,打造企业自身的核心竞争力,是大多数企业孜孜以求的目标,以下就是一匹乳业
