通过6炉次钢液脱氧试验,结果表明:调整炉渣成分并采取一系列控制,可获得稳定良好的脱氧效果,并提出了“钢包炉内适量的铝沉淀脱氧+充分的真空碳脱氧”处理低硅转子钢的冶炼工艺。
