当前,台湾舆论界称之为“第四波”的台商投资大陆的热潮,正以迅猛之势涌来。台商投资大陆何以出现如此大幅度的倾斜,原因很多,分述如下。倾斜的缘由一、台湾投资环境日趋恶化。由于新台币升值,从40元新台币兑1美元上升至25元新台币兑1美元,再加上台湾当局为了推行“六年经建计划”,采取发行公债、利率上调、增加税收等筹款措施,结果强烈地刺激物价上扬。据今年头5个月的统计,台湾消费物价指数连续上涨,平均涨幅为5.8%,四五月份已超过6%,成
