随着经济持续快速发展,本市企业职工工资收入水平逐步提高,但企业内部及行业间工资差距不断扩大,大多数企业一线职工平均工资偏低,众多劳动密集型企业的职工工资长期停留在较低水平。GDP不断增加,但一线职工并未享受到经济发展给他们带来的好处。今年4月,北京市政协社会和法制委员会成立专题调研组,对北京部分行业一线职工收入状况进行调研,并最终形成了关于提高企业一线职工收入水平的主席会议建议案。
