项目是企业的成本中心、效益来源和对外窗口,同时又是党风廉政建设的重点区域。效能监察是企业生产经营发展的客观需要,是加强和改进项目管理的迫切要求,逐步加大效能监察的力度是纪检监察工作发展的必然趋势。因此,在工程项目上开展效能监察工作,是现在和今后一个时期企廉工作的重要内容。
