实验性大鼠牙移动过程中TRPV1和IL-1α在牙周膜中的表达

目的:研究实验性大鼠牙移动过程中,加力不同时间及力值后,香草酸瞬时亚型1(transient receptor potential vanilloid-1,TRPV1)和白细胞介素1α(interleukin-1α,IL-1α)在牙周膜中的表达规律,进而探讨两者在正畸疼痛中的作用。方法:将66只SD大鼠随机分为对照组、假手术组、实验组共11组,每组6只。实验组大鼠施50 g力后,分别于4 h、8 h、1 d(1 d组据力值大小增加30、50、80 g 3个亚族)、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d,随机处死6只,切取牙周膜组织,采用实时定量PCR技术观察各组大鼠牙周膜内TRPV1和IL-1αmRNA的表达,采用SPSS13.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:同一力值,牙周膜内TRPV1和IL-1α在加力4 h后升高,1 d时到达峰值,7 d后下降至正常水平。牙周膜内TRPV1和IL-1α的表达随力值增加而升高。结论:在生物机械力的诱导下,牙周膜内TRPV1和IL-1α的表达与加力时间及大小呈现规律性变化,提示TRPV1和IL-1α与正畸疼痛存在一定联系。 OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of different time and force values ​​on TRPV1, IL-1α (interleukin-1α, IL-1α) ) In the periodontal ligament in order to explore the role of the two in orthodontic pain. Results: TRPV1 and IL-1α in the periodontal ligament increased at 4 h and reached its peak at 1 d, and then decreased to normal levels at 7 d. The expression of TRPV1 and IL-1α in periodontal ligament increased with the increase of force value. CONCLUSION: The expression of TRPV1 and IL-1α in periodontal ligament changes regularly with the time and size of force exerted by biomechanical force, suggesting that TRPV1 and IL-1α may be related to orthodontic pain.
