目的:对比乳疾灵颗粒辐照前后淫羊藿苷含量差异。方法:采用HPLC色谱法,色谱柱为Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-0.033 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(30∶70);检测波长为265 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min-1;柱温30℃。结果:淫羊藿苷在浓度3.44~34.40 μg·ml-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,r=0.9997(n=6);平均回收率为98.18%,RSD=0.32%。乳疾灵颗粒辐照前后淫羊藿苷含量变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规剂量照射处理对乳疾灵颗粒中淫羊藿苷影响较小。
Objective: To compare the difference of icariin content before and after Yanjiuling granule irradiation. Methods: The chromatographic column was Thermo ODS-2 HYPERSIL (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.033 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (30:70) Wavelength of 265 nm; flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1; column temperature 30 ℃. Results: Icariin showed good linearity in the range of 3.44 ~ 34.40 μg · ml-1, r = 0.9997 (n = 6). The average recovery was 98.18% and RSD was 0.32%. There was no significant difference in the content of icariin before and after YUNLING granule was irradiated (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Conventional dose irradiation has little effect on Icariin in Runjiling granules.
