本文报导了在三维钛扩散铌酸钾其光波导中二次谐波发生的电场调谐特性.实验表明,用跨接于电极上的低电压得到二次谐波发生的相位匹配条件.对于这样的光波导,相位匹配中1℃的温度变化相当于约13V,它与计算值很相符.用低的外加电压,可望在铌酸锂波导中实现参量互作用的快速调谐和开共.
In this paper, we report the electric field tuning characteristics of the second harmonic in the optical waveguide of three-dimensional titanium diffused potassium niobate. The experimental results show that the phase matching condition of the second harmonic wave is obtained by the low voltage across the electrode. The optical waveguide, 1 ° C temperature change in phase matching corresponds to approximately 13 V, which is in good agreement with the calculated value. With a low applied voltage, it is expected that the tuning of the parameter interactions and the opening of the common in the lithium niobate waveguide will be achieved.
