研究3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线在全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。试验结果表明,采用3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线代替3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT钢丝帘线,并适当增大压延帘布密度,能保证胎体安全倍数,且胎体加工工艺性能良好;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,使用寿命延长,每条轮胎的生产成本降低7%。
The application of 3 × 0.24 + 9 × 0.225WHT steel cords in the whole steel lightweight truck radial tire carcass was studied. The test results show that the use of 3 × 0.24 +9 × 0.225WHT steel cord instead of 3 +9 +15 × 0.175 +0.15 NT steel cord, and an appropriate increase in the calendering cord density, to ensure the safety factor of the carcass, and the carcass processing The process performance is good; the endurance of the finished tire is improved, the service life is prolonged, and the production cost of each tire is reduced by 7%.
