论述了在同一液相色谱条件下测定 2 4%甲·福可湿性粉种衣剂中的甲霜灵、福美双含量的方法。本方法采用反相色谱柱分离 ,三元混合流动相进行洗脱 ,紫外可变波长检测器进行检测 ,以外标法定量。甲霜灵和福美双的变异系数分别为 0 .41%、1.6 0 % ;回收率分别为 97.92 %～ 10 1.2 5 %和 99.0 3%～ 10 0 .98% ;线性相关系数分别为 0 .9996和 0 .9987。
The method for the determination of metalaxyl and thiram in 24% methyl-for-wettable powder seed coating under the same liquid chromatographic conditions was discussed. This method uses reversed-phase column separation, ternary mixed mobile phase elution, UV wavelength detector detection, external standard method. The coefficients of variation of metalaxyl and thiram were 0 .41% and 1.6 0%, respectively. The recoveries were 97.92% -10.2 5% and 99.0 3% -10 0 .98% respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9996 And 0 .9987.
