实现高职教育人才培养改革的重要举措就是走校企合作道路,而校企合作的模式和渠道也呈现多元化。本文借鉴管理学中利益相关者的分析途径,借助实训基地平台,通过定位学校、企业、学生、政府四个主体的权责利,处理好校企合作关系、学生与企业关系、学校及企业与政府间三个方面的关系,最终实现人才培养创新和社会经济效益两个任务。
The important measure to realize the reform of talent cultivation in higher vocational education is to take the road of school-enterprise cooperation, and the mode and channels of school-enterprise cooperation also show diversification. This article draws on the analysis of stakeholders in management science, with the aid of training base platform, through the positioning of the rights and responsibilities of the four main bodies of schools, enterprises, students and governments, to handle the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the relationship between students and enterprises, schools and enterprises And the relationship between the government in three aspects, and ultimately realize the two tasks of personnel training innovation and social economic benefits.
